Vieser Oy, a Finnish manufacturer of floor drain solutions, will welcome a new CEO as Susanna Sucksdorff steps into the role on September 15, 2025. The current CEO, Annika Jyllilä-Vertigans, will continue to support the company as a member of the board.
Sucksdorff joins Vieser from the architectural firm Tengbom Oy, where she has led the Finnish operations for the past six and a half years. Her previous roles include Country Manager for BoKlok in Finland and various leadership positions at Skanska, where she worked with residential project development, product and service innovations, and customer experiences. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has also worked as a service designer.
“Vieser is an excellent company with deep expertise and strong traditions in its field. I’m excited about the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to growth and to further develop the company’s international business,” says Sucksdorff.
Annika Jyllilä-Vertigans has served as CEO since 2018. Under her leadership, Vieser has experienced significant growth and expanded internationally. She has played a key role in transforming the company from a technical operator into an independent design-driven business with a strong product portfolio and solid growth potential.
“This is a natural transition following the leap we’ve made in development. Vieser has an outstanding team and culture that supports continuous improvement. I’m happy to hand over the role and continue contributing through board work,” Jyllilä-Vertigans comments.
Chairman of the Board, Arto Pohjonen, expresses his gratitude for Jyllilä-Vertigans’ impactful leadership. He describes her as a strategic visionary who has laid a strong foundation for Vieser’s future growth.
