Hietasaaren Gård is a group building project involving residents of four separate houses.
In the shared courtyard, there is a communal sauna, workshop, and a covered lounge terrace.
Of the four houses, houses B and D were showcased at the Oulu Housing Fair.
The residents of Hietasaari Gård trusted Vieser Line linear floor drains, which were installed in every house.
All bathrooms were fitted with a tiled model, and the linear drains were installed next to the wall.
