In 2021, a new YIT apartment building, the housing company Turun Pääskynpesä, was built in the Pääskyvuori district of Turku.
The site has both family apartments and compact studios. The bathrooms in the apartments are made with YIT’s new element products. Vieser’s linear floor drains were chosen as floor drains, which allow one-way falls and larger floor tiles. Under the line drain, in the low installation space, the Vieser One extra low floor drain was used, which is a typical choice in modular bathrooms.
